I know this question might be hard to answer because everyone is different. I'm trying to figure out a good way to determine how many calories I should eat a day. I am currently bulking and have put on 20 lbs. I have started to feel a little fat in the stomach. I am currently eating 3600-3800 calories, 450carbs, 250g protein, fat 80-90. Is this too much? Or should I just suck it up and get a fat and worry about it when I start cutting? I'll take any suggestions/input. Thanks!
What's your metabolism like?

My metabolism isn't horrible but it isn't great. What suggestions do you have knowing that now?

Maybe if you decreased your carb intake, and increased your protein consumption you would benefit. Also, minimise the amount of high glycemic carbohydrates you eat.
Or.. like SteveO said, just continue gaining, and then worry about your stomach and body fat when you cut. Personally, I dont like the idea of gaining fat though, so I tend to prefer to have a clean diet.

fat gain is bound to happen during a bulk. as long as your still making gains, ignore the fat, like stevo said worry about that when you decide to cut. But if you see yourself gaining fat to rapidly, down the calories just a bit or work out better ratios.
