Alright so I just turned 18 and I am new to bodybuilding. In 4 months I have put on **** near 20 lbs. My genetics in my family are being "big". I know I am on my bulk, but what is the hightest % that I should let my bodyfat get to? Keep in mind that it is naturally high. Right now it is at 17%, my weight is 189.5. I know when I cut I will get it down, but can anyone give me some advice for now?
