Hmmm.. My stomach tends to kind of "stick out" when I'm completely relaxed, but it seems like I have very little fat on my abs. I was wondering if this was just part of my build that cant be overcome (part of my genetics) or if I would be able to have a flat stomach someday.

ha, I had just asked in another post if there was such a thing as a stupid question. I guess that maybe there IS such a thing, haha.

i'm not sure the correct answer but i was once told it had to do with bodyfat and/or the size of your abs.
i'm pretty much sure it's more to do with your internal obliques.

ah, yes. I read about that somewhere... I think it was in Arnold's book.. How long are you supposed to hold them? (Is there a page on the site that talks about them?)
They're not in the excercises tab, but you're right, they are shown in Arnold's book. You're trying to touch your belly button to your spine, hold for 30 seconds. If you can do them easily standing up, try them while on your hands and knees.

so you aren't flexing, just sucking it as far as possible for 30 seconds... Are you able to breathe during it? lol.
I like the pic by the way, I've shown it to a couple of my friends who download free music. I dont think they understood what it meant though. lol. It's funny.

Geez... I bet it takes a LONG LONG time to get to suck in like that, and that easily.

So how many times in a row do you think I should do it? And should it be done every day?
might be good to incrporate it into your ab routine
