which is better, to train twice in one day, or in two days in a row.
im askin this because i was unable to train to day so insted i will train tomorrow. but rather than train two days in a row i want to train twice tomorrow. any advice?

Depends on what your workout involves. Personally, when I miss a day, I just chalk it up as a loss, and pick up where I left off the next day.

If I miss a workout, I sometimes will do two workouts the next day. When I do this though, I do one in the morning and then the other one in the evening.
