gonna be an intense day today..just finished 42 sets of chest and 10 sets of back this morning and going back to the gym tonight with a friend for some tri/bi/should work. Arm work will consist of about 30 sets total and if i have time ( want it under an hour ) i will put in 15 sets of shoulders. So my question is, if i am normally eating 3400 cals ( still upping slowly until i get to 4500) a day with 2 workouts with about 40 sets total per day how much should i eat today to keep up?

Oh and i am on a bulk ( of course /forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif)

check out some peoples journals /forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif...many have much more volume than that...and for doing something like that diet is the most important part..tis why i ask this question /forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif

10k? seriously? my energy expenditure on a heavy day is 3400 cals...now with 2 workouts i assumed it would be ultra heavy and be closer to 4-4.5k...but 10k that sounds like too much for metabolism. And if i should be close to that amount how many cals should i up per week? since i can't jump all at once. so far been upping 500 cals a week.

very curious now, i mean are people using the edge workout really eating anything close to that? i felt sick all day last bulk at 4k, not sure how i would ever get 10k to stay down.

I would seriously question that, that would ever be a clean 10k cals.
