Is there any pain/discomfort related to muscular atrophy. I wasnt a hulk or anything before but I've had to lay off for the last 4+ months due to terrible golfers elbow in both arms. I was just curious.

I think there would probably be pain if you were in a starvation situation as your body would break down what was necessary to survive, but if you've just been inactive, I think things will hurt more when you get back into a regular routine -> ie DOMS

I've never heard of it. Come to think of it, I've never heard of golfer's elbow either.

Seriously, I think pretty much wherever you go, "no question is a dumb one" applies. And if I don't understand the answer, I ask the question again.

There are no dumb questions, just dumb people that as questions.

And golfers elbow is a form of tendenidous. Its the same as tennis elbow, but on the inside part of the arm. Oh yeah, and it sucks.
