Hello all..
1st of all i would like to wish a happy new year to everyone on this site....

secondly i have a question..

i'm not a bodybuilder but i used to lift weights just to have a nice physique and to be fit...i've been doing nothing for the past 4months and now i would like to start over again and start with the already tried and tested 12 weeks to burn fat progamme..

i would like to know if it's possible or if it's good that on cardio days i do swimming...is it good for cardio training?? i heard that water will soften up muscles, is this true??
