IS this a good split?
Mon-Rest
Tue-Chest
Wed-Legs and calves
Thur-Shoulders/Tris
Fri-Back, Biceps
Sat-Rest
Sun-Rest

I'm currently bulking and need a change in routine. Thanks. /forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Where are your abs and forearms my friend ?
Where's the cardio ?
Besides that it seems ok. I'd rather put one of the rest day in the week, so it goes more like : Rest/Workout/Workout/Rest/Workout/Workout/Rest

Yeh same here but Mondays are just impossible. And abs are done 3 days a week with forearms being done during back/bicep workout.
