When searching/buying whey protein - what do you look for?? When I look at the nutritional value (protein, carbs etc) they all seem so simialar! Any tips? Thanks

Just stay away from wheys that contain aspartame. I try to find wheys that don't contain that and have low amounts of fat in them. I have always used ON's whey since I began lifting but recently I ran into EAS Whey at BJ's. 6lbs for 22 dollars and I absolutely love the stuff. 23 grams of protien per serving, 2g of fat and 3 grams of net carbs. Comes in Chocolate or Vanilla and I have to be honest that Vanilla isn't all that bad, but chocolate still wins.

I look at the nutritional values, best would be 23 g protein for 110 cals (ON), but cost is also a huge factor for me - my mom thinks that I can get all the protein I need from my diet(I told her it's just for PWO, but she doesn't care) so I buy it by myself.
Costco would be cheapest. SportPharma chocolate whey, 6 lbs for $20. Tastes pretty good, and it's made out of Splenda.
Avoid Aspartame.
