This powerlifter in my gym told me that dry oats sucks up water in your body to make you look cut. If this is true then is this good on a bulk? why or why not
That doesn't make any sense. Just eat your oats /forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif

It wouldn't serve you any purpose doing this while bulking. I have heard of eating oats to help get rid of excess water but this would only be beneficial at the very end of a cut leading to a competition. There would be no need for you to try to shed water weight if you are bulking.

no, oats do not suck up water in your body. the guy has no understanding of the digestion process
