Let's say I do pecs early during the day, and I have my PWO. Noonish or so for example. Well, what if I want to do abs or something later in the evening? Am I going to need to drink another PWO?

I would think so it will help recovery if its just abs then maby not but if you have a more agressive split then you will i would imagine.

Depends on what you mean by "something." If I just trained abs at night (or just calves, just neck, etc.), I wouldn't have a pwo shake. For just about anything else, I would.

^^^I was just laying in bed about to go to sleep when I realized that I unintentionally lied to you, lol, so I got up to clarify:

I DO have a pwo shake when I just train calves. The times when I don't is if I combine a small muscle group with my cardio workout.

Okay, now I can go to sleep knowing that I didn't lead you astray. /forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif
