whats the ideal weight for a male who is 5'4? .. i know you can be any weight you want but what is the average for 5'4..thanks

Sorry to say, there isn't an ideal weight. You could weigh 150 lbs and look fatter than a guy that weighs 200. It depends on your age, your body composition and what you want your body to look like.

with fairly lean muscle mass, and about 8% bodyfat, i would say 160-170 would be pretty good. But i dont know about an average. There are many variables

As the above people have mentioned it all depends on such things as body composition, age, gender etc... however, if you use a simple BMI calculator - a person who is 5'4 should weigh around 130lbs. However, I wouldnt encourage using the BMI, as it doesnt take into account the many variables, and is especially discrouaged for bodybuilders.
