There is no replacement for a quality diet.

Don't forget the GLV stack, though, that is the BEST. /forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
My Testimonial: 189 and flabby to 161 minimum and pretty cut while maintaining all maxes on all lifts (except 425 -> 385 on DL) from May-early September of last year. With hardly any cardio to speak of! The miracle of the 13-week fat burning diet.
A proper diet and eating schedule works so well I thought was on drugs of some kind. I'm not kidding, the results were that drastic.
Compared to a good diet, thermogenics are !@#$%^&*. You could always take clen, but can I borrow your PS2 first? Thanks, mate! /forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Fat loss is predominately a proper diet, combined with cardio. Post your diet and im sure you will get dozens of great suggestions. While fat burners do help mobilize fat, the possible side effects are not worth it. There is no magic pill that will replace hard work with proper nutrition. Read these.

forget the pills. they are a waste. do they work? maybe.
are they needed? definitely not.
i wasted 60 bucks on an eca stack in summer (yeah i know i know its illegal, forgive me guys! lol) and i still have over half of the bottle sitting there. guess what? i dropped 35 pounds, and at least 30 pounds of that was after i threw the eca stack out the window. clean up the diet, work out intense, and you'll see all the results you need. oh, i forgot to add, i BARELY do cardio either. maybe 2-3 times per month max...diet is key.
