Ghee or clarified buter is hgh in fats, motly saurated fats, but it is supposed t be real good for you and is known as a carrier for utrients, so when used with vegis is is an excellent aid in absortion. I wonder if it has a place in a bodybuilder's diet? I usualy use spray butter which is not nutritious but has no fats or anything for that matter, but anyone know about "ghee" (clarified butter)?
