Got $! Malto/Dex ?

I finally have the money to get some maltodextrin and dextrose, how much should I get and how long will it last me? They sell 10lb bags of malto and 2lb bags of dex on bulknutritino/1fast400.

10lb of each. why not? i have found that it makes more sense to buy the same amount of both at the same time.

same amounts of both....you dont need ten bags of dextrose...that will last you a year. Get at the most 4 for now, unless you just have an urge to spend some money right now.

Where are you guys buying this stuff, you make it sound like it is so expensive when it is very cheap in comparison to other supplements that are less affective. $2.00 for 2lbs of dextrose which will last you about 20 shakes is like $0.10 each day on average and like $0.25 per day for the dextrose if you get the big 7lb jug. If $20.00 a month is far reaching for you, then I apologize I do not want to offend anyone but imo this is a very small investment when compared to the potential gains we work so hard for.

your going to run out of malto way sooner than the dex..if anything buy two jugs of malto for everyone one jug of dex.

i bought the tub of malto and 2 bags of dextrose from 1fast400... its been over 2 months and ive only almost finished 1 bag of dex. maltos still got a long way.
