just say NO! that is quite possibly the biggest piece of trash on the market. Save your money on that piece of plastic and get another months membership at the gym.

No way dude, I saw it at Wal-Mart yesterday! It REWLZ!

Sorry. Just kidding. Stick with bent leg ab work to target abs specifically and just do all the good stuff. If it hurts and makes your abs burn and it is not in any way pleasant, then it is probably working.

This was the BEST...

Savvier is vigorously defending their patent, copyright, and trademark rights on 6 Second Abs in an effort to protect the consumer from inferior quality merchandise.

[/ QUOTE ] (emphasis added)

This is, of course, in comparison to the high quality of the plastic used in the REAL Savvier product. Or something.

AND!!!

[ QUOTE ]
"Savvier is committed to aggressively locating and shutting down any distributors or re-sellers of counterfeit 6 Second Ab products. Savvier is proud of the high product quality of all of their products and do not want inferior quality products being sold to customers because in the end it's the customer that is being ripped off by the counterfeiters" said Jeffrey Tuller, President of Savvier.

[/ QUOTE ] (emphasis added)

Thank God Savvier isn't ripping off people with an ineffective product!

AND!!!

[ QUOTE ]
"It is shocking to me that despite the risks to both themselves and to the consumers who buy product, companies continue to try to pass off counterfeit product," said Joseph P. Costa, of Costa, Abrams & Coate LLP, Savvier's attorneys.

[/ QUOTE ] (emphasis added)

I guess that there could be EXTREME TRIPLE DANGER if the 6 [sic] Socond Abs mechanism were to fail, and the plastic could crack or something, becoming a deadly infomercial-spawned dagger headed right for your vital organs.

The lesson here is that if you're going to buy a piece of !@#$%^&*, buy the REAL DEAL piece of !@#$%^&*! At least that's the lesson I'm getting. Maybe that's not the right one.

Diet + cardio + resistance exercises = good abs...

one of my fav quotes "abs are made in the kitchen"

Oh and it takes longer than six seconds and don't forget that carbs = energy.... atkins and 6 seconds = a joke....
