Multivitamin question

my mom went out and got me some random multivitamins named "Super Multi" by natural factors,
im not sure what to look for in a multivitamin. Here is whats in them

Well she most likely got it, because its so cheap. It doesn't have as much as most multi's and what it does have the doses are pretty low. Its better then nothing, but a better multi would be more worth your while.
