What about these stats for a pre-sleep shake?
220 calories
4g fat
6g carbs
40g protein
Plus, it has micellular casien, which I've read is really slow-digesting, and good for a pre-sleep meal.

It's a retail shake in powder form.

sounds like it will do the trick. but is it expensive or worth buying? that's up to you. i would rather have whole foods myself.
hot stuff. i'm thinking about getting sum myself, maybes from reflex, altho that has aspartame in it. i'm jus eating so much cottage cheese i can't buy enough coz i literally raid every last tub from my supermarket.

I think you want to eat more than 4g of fat in a pre-sleep meal, especially if your looking for something slow digesting. Maybe some flax...

Yup, I would add some EFAs to that last meal
