Hey there /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif ...i'm back (been slacking off for some time /forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif ).
The first question i have is about quantityes:
for example what can i understand by: 1 cup of rice or a jumbo shell of macaroni ?
This is beacause i've recently started to use fitday.com and the options there are a bit qurios for me (not from the us)
and the second:
Could you give me the link to that calorie counter that's been floating around here (i think it was on a members page , dedicated to abcbb).
Also , is there a list of calorie dense foods ?
I started using fitday yesterday and i couldn't beleave my eyes ...i took up 1114 calories of my /recomended/ 3000 and burnt 1225 wichs means realy got catabolic.
Towday i ate little better, but i'm still mising 1000 calories ...so i would apriciate sutch a list.
Thanks in advance and a Good Year to you all!

Are you sure you only had 1114 calories? That's like... one pizza and an oatmeal shake... 2 meals for me in other words...
What's your diet like? /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif

getnbgr : yes , that is the page i've been looking for , thank you /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif.
William UstavPolice: Well , i'm pretty sure about that.Either that or i've got the mesurements wrong.
That day i had:
-2 fried eggs
-2 large cups (almost bowls :P) of oats with raisins
-1 huge slice of white bread (2 figers think)
-1 bowl of pasta.
So from what i can count ...it's the worst example of a day's food.
The bottom line is i'm not feeding myself properly.I don't know if this is because a lack of time , or appatite.
I spend a load of time at school so that means i can eat proper meal on few ocasions.I also don't feel the need for food that mutch ...thow i know this is not a good thing.
Could this be also triggerd by a lack of sleep ? I do admit i've been staying up late for some time now.
Well /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif once again , thank you ! for your time /forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Dude that is like a meal and a half.... Your caloric intake should be quite a bit more than that....

Hi Mr.Jack, here's something you can take with you when you go to school. That's what I'll have to eat when I enter college in a few weeks...
School Shake
- 3/4 cups of raw oatmeal (grind before mixing with the other ingredients)
- 1 cup of low fat milk
- 1.5 scoops of ON's 100% chocolate whey
- 1.5 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1 tbsp of natural flax, canola, or rapeseed oil
This shake has about 670 calories, 54 grs of protein, 50 grs of complex carbs (except for the lactose), and 30 grs of healthy fats.
You can take this in a Vitaminder Chiller Shaker to keep it cool while you're in school.
Good luck, and eat big!

Thank's for the tip.
The bad side is i'm on the other side of the plannet where peanut butter is not so popular (and kind of expensive, come to think of it , i've just tasted peanut butter for the first time , today).
My parrents seem to think that whey is an eavil thing to take and i don't think i'll find a Vitaminder Chiller Shaker :P.
On the other hand i could just stop whyning around and get some chicken sadwiches /forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif. Blend my oats with some cc and stick in some proteing bars.
However , thanks again for your help /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif.Hopefully i'll get throught th year with a cleaner and better diet.
