Is soy milk okay on a cut? As opposed to regular milk?

personally, i don't drink any kind of milk on a cut. i don't drink any kind of milk period. that's just me though. just green tea and water for me! but the occasional glass of milk may not be bad for you.

why you dont want milk: fat, sugar, lactose, and maybe some other reasons. As far as i know, a lot of soy milks have almost no fat, zero sugar, and no lactose. GO FOR IT!!

yeah, i didn't really know the nutritional content of soy milk right off hand. i assumed it had a ton ton of sugar. i guess i was wrong. the reason i don't drink it is because i used to be a strict vegan and had my fill of soy products. plus, i really don't feel the need to drink most beverages other than green tea, H2O, and black coffee. i guess i don't really get cravings for drinking other things. lucky for me!

alot of people under estimate how difficult quitting carbs and sugars and caffine can be. if i don't have a least one cup of tea or coffee in the morning, i will get a headache by noon and will not go away no matter how much caffine i consume afterwords. one little cup is that powerful.

You need to stop consuming coffee, it has major negative side effects.

yeah, tell me about it! i have given up coffee before. many times before and felt pretty good. all it takes is one cup and i am hooked again. but when i do drink coffee it is limited to one cup a day and a cup of green tea in the after noon. that's my story.

honestly, i don't like the taste of cow's milk. i haven't had any since i was a child. i started to drink soy and rice milk years ago and i think it tastes fine. as i posted earlier, i don't drink it any more but i think it tastes okay. but the taste cannot be compard to the milk of any animal.

has any one tried cooking oats in soy milk? it could be an excellent ok tasting start to the day (complex carbs, fibres + protien)
Also from 13HCFB article we are recommended to take some soy protien (

Silk soy milk, especially chocalate, love it in my shakes as its lower in calories/fat/sugar than regular milk, and more filling more tastefull than water

I use "soy sleder" its a low carb soy milk, vanilla flavor, no sugar. Its good in oat bran, ust a splash, splash in shakes, or any cereal. About coffee's neg effects, wat are they? I drink tea myself, but boyfriend body builder is a huge cofee addict.
