I am 23 years old and I weigh 145 lbs. Ive been working out religously and I work out 4-5 days a week and eat alot but I just cant seem to gain any weight. A friend of mine took it for a month and gained about ten pounds. Does anyone know whether it is dangerous or not to take?
Dangerous AND useless. Read: Prohormones (http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/forum/showflat.php?Cat=&Number=829858&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=&fpart=1&vc=1)
You are not gaining weight because you are not eating enough simple as that. You may think you are but you should post a sample of your diet with macros calculated and you will see.
You're not eating enough. Eat more. Several members on this site are eating upwards of 5000 calories a day. This site doesn't condone steroid/pro-steroid use, read the sticky to see why. Besides, prohormones will be illegal in about two weeks, what are you going to rely on once they're gone?

if you're not gaining naturally, pro horomones won't change a thing. Eat more. M1T is one of the most dangerous PH's out there

I read it is the closest to a steroid there is. Gaspari Nutrition had the reference in the article.

It is one of the "legal steroids". MDien and MOHN for example are others. M1T is notorious for lethargy, cold and flu like symptoms, a plethora of problems, not to mention any of these products can be extremely hard on the liver, and have lasting health effects. Be very careful and be smart, do not do this kind of stuff out of hand due to some advertising. You have to ask yourself, is a couple lbs. of muscle, purely for cosmetics sake, worth major health problems now and down the road?

No need for steroids or prohormones. If your not gaining any weight simply you are not eating enough. Sit down one of these nights and figure out where your going wrong. Keep track of what you eat and figure out your calorie intake then make sure your workout routine is up to par, and your putting 110% into your workouts. Nothing comes easy as we all know, so taking short cuts won't get you to where you want. Up your calories 200-300 and see what that does for a week. If nothing keep upping them til you see the weight goin up. All natural is the way to go, then you can be proud of what you have earned when you reach your goal. Thats what we are here for, to guide people in the right direction and give them all the help that they need.
