i didn't know where to post this but it has to do with food so...well i get this feeling about 30-1 hour after i eat say like a sandwich something small not too big. the feeling is like i am hungry still my stomachs not growling or anything it just feels like my stomachs empty. i don't know what it is. is it because i'm not eating enough? i can't really post the diet because i don't have a set one yet (Please Don't Bash, I Will Make One Up) so what do you guys could be the problem?

Probably not eating enough. 6-8 oz of lean meat, a cup and a half of oatmeal and a tablespoon of flaxseed oil will fill anyone up. Eating big diesel meals like that 6 times a day will definitely make your hunger pains go away.

There is no problem, just need to eat more like Satch said. Try eating a meal like that 6 times a day and if your still hungry then I would go see a doctor lol. I find eating something like a bag of chips or a sandwich will only fill me for like 10 mins, but eating a good meal with like 8oz chicken breast, 1 cup of oats, and some almonds will keep me full for hours on end.

It seems like protein foods fill me up for longer than carb foods, especially non-whole wheat carbs. Are you eating PB&J or something? How much meat is on your sandwich?

Maybe you're not sleeping enough too. Lack of sleep will make you feel always hungry, especially for carbs.
I scientifically don't know why, though.

I know it has something to do with hypocretine and leptine, but I don't know how it works.

Another thing to consider is that many times when people are thirsty they think they are hungry. Make sure you're getting enough to drink!

Nutrionally-worthless foods like that are needed in abundance to fill anyone up - due to the fact that they are nutrionally-worthless. There are no quality nutrients to fill your stomach.

That's why eating a 16oz. steak and 2 cups of veggies will fill you up more than, say, an entire large pizza.

Also foods high in fiber are know to help give you that "full" feeling.
