i have decided my next focus will be forearms so i will give this revered plan a shot. here (http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/8%20weeks%20to%20bigger%20forearms%202.htm)
my question is, it lists week 1, 2 and 3. but not 4-8. actually it lists a set of exercises for week 1 and 2, then another set for 2 and 3. i was thinking maybe it meant 1 and 2, then 3 and 4? and then repeat the pattern for the next 4 weeks?
