Just wondering if you guys could give me some ideas on what I could order at your typical diner for a healthy morning breakfast. Going out for breakfast tomorrow and just trying to get some ideas, Something like maybe an omlet, some wheat toast, etc... Just looking for some ideas, so if anyone has some suggestions, please help me out, thanks

If you can, ask for several egg whites, if not get normal eggs...most of the things in diners like the kind I am thinking of it fatty and greasy though :-(
However, you can probably get some plain oatmeal and water. I'd bring some whey just in case they have no "healthy" protein. Healthy as in little grease and stuff.

i order eggs and oats all the time in diners while traveling (most IHOP type places have egg beaters or egg alternatives). the first thing i do after checking into a hotel, is go to the nearest grocery store and stock up on nutritious things to keep in my hotel room. at the very least i'll buy some overpriced whey and oats. you should be able to find something at a diner or any resturaunt to suit your needs. keep things simple. chicken breast with broccoli or fish with a veggie. or oats and eggs for that matter...

Steak & eggs, wheat bread, and bring along green tea or have milk if you're bulking

If I'm ever traveling I always bring a tub of whey and a bag of oats with me.

mansozzs' idea of steak and eggs is pretty good. i really don't have problems finding something to eat at most places.

oh yeah, most places have green tea now-a-days so don't forget to have that to drink instead of other things. you know what i mean...

both
On the flax seed oil question, you could have it in either, I choose to have it in my second meal with a salad and some Balsamic Vinegar to make it taste like a vinegrete(sp??) dressing taste, but you could have it with either meal.

actually, I remember that you don't necessarily want to start off your day with fats. a good complex carb and a protein to get you going is what you should have...
