View Full Version : Did the 8 weeks to bigger pecs, now what??

Hey i just finished the 8 weeks to bigger pecs and i was wondering what i should do next. COuld i do another 4 week cycle or should i switch up my routine completely, im still trying to gain mass in the upper pectoral region if anyone knows anything i could do as for a workout plan.

Just workout like you would normally. Pick out some new exercises each week and get creative with shocking methods and other things.

im personally switching up with the 1st and 2md (i printed out the 1st a while ago), so 8 weeks with part 1 then 8 weeks with part 2, then back to 1...i do the same thing for bis and going to start with tris

Do the Zane blitz!!! Im on week 2 of that 8 week prog. and plan to finish off with it as chest is an area of priority for me - I think Satch put up a fairly recent, and detailed, post on it.. check it out!

Sorry, we are working on some things on the site, so not all the links work right now.
My adivce is now that you have completed the program, try developing your own programs. We design those routines to help teach bodybuilders how to create their own workouts.

This should also give you a pretty good idea as to what you can do for your normal workouts too.

Best advice I can give (if you're not confident in making your own programs as OS suggested, which obviously is the goal) is to read other peoples journals, under the journals tab above. This is great motivation, not only for you but the people who post their workouts.
