Hi everyone and best wishes to all of you for this wonderful new year, full of Iron and muscles !

I has a recent visit to the medic(annual job visit) and I was surprised for my weight was around 224 pds (101kg) and scared to see my arterial tension was 15.8 !!!
Man ! My bodyfat is not that high (refere to the pics of mine): meaning is not obesity. or big amount of fat.
I don't smoke. I train. The only thing i see is that I've an extremly stressing job.

My question is, as the medic told me that it can be linked to the weight : Can you go high in weight without having tension troubles ? Even if it's 'good' weight ?( I know it's not 100% muscles either ! )

And another one , as we all know Serge Nubret who was around 6 feet and 206pds : Can one definitely have a great mass and density without going too high in bodyweight ?
I mean, my objectives are Arnold when he was 28, but I know a lot less would be enough for me. Should I start cut and try to clean bulk and stay around 92 kilos ? (I'm 1.80cm high)

Thanks by advance for the comments and advices guys !

Probably linked more to genetics. Do you have a family history with this? I've known people in fantastic physical shape drop dead of heart attacks, and was due to family history.

Your blood pressure varies a lot during a day and usually is higher when it is being taken by a doctor. Could be cause simply by stress and nerves, obsity or physical problems and as mentioned it could be hereditary.
