Am competing with cowokers for a big prize to the winner who can loose the most body fat in 6wks.
about 20% bodyfat
Any suggestions or recommendations that have succeeded? Thanks.

well if the goal is to lose ONLY body fat then there isnt more you can do other than restict cals to bout 10 per lb of bodyweight bout 1.5-2g/lb of protein then a 2 to 1 ratio in carbs and fat then cardio to create a cal. defict ... unfortunately there is only so fast you can lose bodyfat before you start to lose muscle along with it. and take in a good multi vitamin and maybe some glutamine to help keep muscle around and drink a lot of water .. hope this helps

I'd go with the 13 weeks program that getnbgr posted above. You'll see good results even in 6 weeks and they'll be results that will stay! not fad diet results.
