I was just wondering which one of these two to buy. I never tried them but I go this 50% off cupon so Im not sure what to get. I got enough creatine and protein. Or maybe I should get flex oil. or something elses?

well if its between glutamine and ZMA, then i would say definitely get the Glutamine, because its more expensive, you will save more money and its a more important supp.

In the long run you should get all three: flaxoil, glutamine, and ZMA

well other than the glutamine being more expensive ... it is very important for retainning muscle(helps with nitrogen retention) also its a volumizer to what affect I`m not sure about .... I`m sure that there other benefits too but these are a couple good reasons to take it. ZMA I have heard doesnt really raise test very much anyhow and from my experience with that stuff .. stay away from anything that raises test unless you want a lot of problems later ... see ya

Your knowledge of ZMA is obviously limited. It doesn't directly raise testosterone levels. It raises the GH, and can in the end raise testosterone levels naturally. ZMA is completely safe and very effective.

Glutamine has a plethora of benefits; read the glutamine article for more info.

The ZMA group had 30% increases in free and total testosterone levels compared to 10 percent decreases in the placebo group... The ZMA group also had a slight increase in insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) levels compared to a 20 percent decrease in the placebo group.
Really ZMA is only good if you are defecient with one of the ingredients ... which all of this is what I am getting from more than one place

This is false. ZMA is a grouping of specific minerals and vitamins, that should be taken together in a certain dose, on an empty stomach(so not from food), and not at any time but at a specific time(before sleep).

Yes if u have to choose between gluta and zma , glutamine is the master of the masters to a bodybuilder.
