I've heard mixed opinions about this and i wanted u guys input.
Poop.
Edit: I am speaking having used it in the past. The benefits do not outweigh the logistical costs of it's continued use, nor it's potential harmful side-effects.

the increased blood flow helps your muscles recover faster. however, the increased bloodflow causes a reduction in blood pressure so the brain often gets a shortage of blood leading to people having seizures and other health problems.
NO2 works, but at the cost of your health. i don't recomend anyone use it.

Wow, despite the serious side effects the guys at GNC, etc. really push the stuff.
They're in the business of sales, what do you expect? If a car salesman knows a certain car's a POS, he's still going to sell it!

Its the same thing as ephedra. After reports of people using it start filtering in, and the side affects...it will eventually be banned, and for GOOD reason!
A good friend of mine actually was taking it for a few weeks, and in those 2 weeks....he passed out once in the gym, and once at home. Thank goodness he wasn't doing something like HEAVY bench by himself, or a heavy set of squats...otherwise the results could have been really bad!
Definetly STAY AWAY from NO2!

It's actually a decrease in blood flow to the brain, or at least a severe restriction.

This happens to me sometimes when there are girls in tight clothes. Not sure why...I wonder if there is another center of thining in men that takes prominence when there are attractive girls around.

Simply stay away from it. It's costly, harmful, and worthless garbage.

I posted the I got a serious question... anyhow It has to do with NO2 and Tribulus ... mainly NO2 though .. well not only does it do everything that these guys are sayin BUT what you dont hear bout a whole lot that I found is that it affects the GONADotropin hormones .. which affects the release of LH and FSH hormones, I believe they are,... that stimulates the testes(to make testosterone).. which this could throw off your natural test production and possibly mess up the positive feedback loop inyour HPTA... I think that stuff in some way affected me along with the tribulus .. so If I were you I wouldnt use it. Hopes this helps with your decision .. oh and GNC SUCKS!(that place will shrink your nuts just as fast as it shrinks your wallet)

YOUR WELCOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and HOIST, prohormones dont stimulate the testes to produce more testosterone, they actually stimulate less testosterone on prohormones...
[ QUOTE ]
Both of these forms of prohormones will inhibit natural testosterone production. All oral prohormones must first be processed in the liver. It has been shown that the breakdown of prohormones in the liver can damage the surrounding cells.
Further, the rise in testosterone due to these substances causes your body to severely limit (or shut off completely) natural testosterone production, again due to the negative feedback mechanism. However, most of the prohormone is dissolved and destroyed in the liver, so you will only be getting a small amount of testosterone from them. So your overall testosterone levels in your body will be lower than they would have if you had not taken them in the first place. This is especially true if the athlete is a teenager, or even for athletes under the age of 25.

-Joe Yu King
prohormones raise testosterone levels, by converting the prohormones in the liver into testosterone. once testosterone levels are elavated, the testes will sense the excess and begin to "slack off" and produce less, because theres too much testosterone. the human body will shut down functions it has no use for anymore, and prohormones make your testes feel they aren't needed for testosterone production. sorta like the way an astronauts bones begin to atrophy once they sense there isn't any gravity, and henceforth bones become unesesary in zero gravity...

forget N02 its garbage. all it does is increase bloodflow for better pumps in the gym. they talk about a perpetual (or ongoing) pump throughout the day but thats all bull****. they still havent found a way to make you have ongoing pumps..your best bet is to just get some creatine and work with that..its probably a lot safer too..and dont use cell tech..thats some bull**** too

is that the same stuf as no-Xplode?

i noticed the nutritional guidlines section contains no NO2 section, perhaps we should make one talking about the problems with blood pressure that are created and how that leads to passing out, ect.
No-explode is a variant of NO2. It's basically a pre-workout caffine/creatine/arginine supplement. You don't need the arginine (get enough with whey/bcaas), and you can put the rest together at a much more reasonable cost.

dont listen to the gnc morons that try to sell you this stuff. I have no reason why they try so hard on this particular product, but you should have no reason to use the crap. CRAP!
