Multi-vitamin question

I just bought Optimum Nutrition Opti-men multi. The bottle says the serving is 2 capsules. Is that two at once or one in the morning and one evening? Or does it matter? I know some of you use this and I woud appreciate your input. Thanks

I havent tried that brand before but when i was taking Mega Man vits which read 2 day, it meant morning and evening so your body uses them more effeciantly.

I like to use AST MultiPro32X the directions on it says 1 tablet in the AM and PM.. this one for me seems to be pretty strong.. if I dont eat before I take it I get hot, sweaty, and start to dry heave.. but it seems to work well

I just take a One-a-Day for men everyday /forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif

I prefer the two-a-days because your body can only absorb so much out of each vitamin.
