I was just looking through the site as some of the various workouts. I just was off the gym for a week after a 6 week routine of alternating one week heavy, one week light. Now I discovered this Blasting Muscle From Every Angle Possible angle and I was wondering if anyone had tried this. If so, how long did you keep up this routine?

i dont exactly do a routine. it all depends on how you want your muscles to look. some will do isolation. but for like making your biceps all around big, hitting them from different angles is a great way to stimulate maximum muscle growth. as you are allways giving your muscles a new angle, and a new variation to deal with. i very much recomend variety as it induces maximum growth, and obliterates plateus.

ALWAYS hit a muscle from a different angle, don't let your body get into that routine of doing the same thing over and over because it's only going to lead to a plateau eventually. Keep it up for the rest of the time you train for! I think that routine will work great, give it a shot and let us know how everything works out
