you just starting supplemtation with creatine and you want to cut right after loading? no dude, id say bulk if your going to take creatine. if your cutting get rid of that and save it for your next bulk.

If you want muscle preservation take L-Glutamine. Creatine will add water weight/mass, not give you definition like you want.

Are you saying to take Glutamine OR Creatine instead of both? I am interested in keeping my current weight but adding muscle definition. Which is better?

Even though creatine wont make you look cut, it will definitely aid in your cut. Creatine is great for both bulks and cuts equally. When you want that final look just stop taking it, and a week later the water will be gone.

Creatine and Glutamine taken together is excellent!!!

Alright man, thats enough advice, because everything you need to know is in the creatine question and answers thread at the top of the page...READ

If you want muscle definition then you need to drop your body fat a little lower, and then increase your muscle mass a little further.

Basically, "toning up" or "defining" is about losing body fat and gaining muscle mass, so that body parts look more like they are made of muscle rather than of adipose tissue.

Gaining muscle mass and losing fat at the same time is a hard thing to do, but not impossible. I'd suggest you to do a mini-cut followed by a mini-bulk to add that "definition" you're wanting to add to your body.

Thanks for the input. I just ordered ON L-Glutamine and will work on the cut.
