ZMA Dosage

My ZMA's serving size is 3 pills and has

Vitamin B6 - 10.5 mg 525% DV
Magnesium - 450 mg 113% DV
Zinc - 30 mg 200% DV

I was wondering if its okay to be taking all 3 pills. (I'm about to take it for the first time is why I ask). Thanks.

If that is what the serving size for your ZMA product is, then yes, it's acceptable.
