i know i am going to get beaten for this but here goes...
i have been cleaning up my diet and trying to get into "good" shape.
i have plateaued in weightloss lately
i don't want to cut callories because of my lifting
is the new stallone leanfire product optional??
is/has anyone taken it?
any opinions?

Not sure what that product contains. Just lower your calories, I don't think it will effect your lifting. Any Mods clear this up?

Well, I won't 'beat you', but why don't you post your diet, cardio, and training routine. A "good" diet can ALWAYS be made better. Don't rely on supplements for weight loss. ESPECIALLY ones like what your asking about.

My opinion is that whatever it is, Instone products are too expensive so a bigger waste of your money than other prodcuts.
Why don't you post what you're doing currently, training/calories stuff and maybe we can help you out. Also, if you've been cutting a while, maybe you need to do a metabolism reset. Check out the 13 weeks to hardcore fat burning diet for more on it.
