Am I supposed to go to failure on every set? I don't remember reading anything that told me how I should go about that. Also, how many minutes between sets should I use?

And now for my last question. The past few weeks I've been doing the bulk diet/workout, but I don't want my muscles to get extremely sore because of the now current basketball season. Would I be as dead on this program as I was the bulk one?

what does it mean to go till failure? the last set you do as many as you can?

No you go until you cant go again until you are wanting to die and bury yourself but you have to use weight that will get you to failure at the given rep amount.

so.. pretty much.. going to failure means go untill you've got nothing else... at the given rep range.. choose a wheight.. that would make you stop at the given rep range
