It's been a week now, and have felt terrible every day since it started... I now have a new respect for the people who cut down to sub 10%, I dropped about 2 lbs in this time and gave up /forum/images/graemlins/mad.gif
Back to bulking!

HAHA!!
Awesome!!
Cutting is not fun at all. I'm 4 weeks in and all my endurance is shot. I get in the gym and do 10 sets and want to go home and die.

It might be because you dropped all those carbs that fast. When I cut, I SLOWLY taper down my carb intake. Usually the last 2 weeks or so of my cut I'm running at just over 20% carbs, and this is when its really do or die time. I also implement carb cycling during the week, and this helps me too. Don't give up bro! Maybe you just need to taper down slower then what you did.

that couldve been a problem, but at the same time I'm really not pleased with my size either... long way to go I guess
Too late to turn back anyways, for dinner I had atleast a half rack of ribs, huge serving of beans, and some fried hashbrowns!

I agree, cutting leaves little to be desired. A necessary evil. /forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Sigh. Bad memories...
I remember almost going crazy for a bowl of Captain Crunch while at work once, 2 days into my cut /forum/images/graemlins/crazy.gif Hadn't had CC in years prior to that, but it made me want the craziest things!

lol, it's not even the fact of giving in to bad foods.. I never cheat /or have a desire to. Hopefully will hit 250 by the end of this year, and possibly be satisfied with my size (..like that ever happens)
