I am wondering if I should still be consuming the same quanities in my PWO shake on days where I am working out the smaller muscle groups, such as on my abs/lowback day. I ask this because I am assuming that there is less muscle glycogen to replenish because of less muscle mass being worked out; as compared to a leg day or something.
