I'll get bombasted for saying this, but i like cell tech. I only take one scoop, cuz i don't need that much creatine. I like how it has a lot of the stuff u need already mixed in. But that is just my opinion.

People won't bash you, but if you realize its wasting $$, and there are better, more effective, cheaper alternatives why do you use it then? Especially if your educated after reading this site.

Why do you not need 'that much' creatine? Have you read any articles on creatine supplementation to see the dosages required to keep your muscles saturated?

On this board, we're interested in FACTS, not OPINIONS. Too many bodybuilding sites on the net are nothing BUT OPINIONS. This is one site that backs everything it stands behind with SCIENTIFIC evidence.
Not that we don't want opinions, but when you in a roundabout way advise someone to take a supplement that has been PROVEN to be a waste of $$, not to mention the alternatives involved....it doesn't look good.
Not to bash you or nething bro. But if your going to post in here, its better to think about these things, and what this boards main goals are, before you recomend Cell Tech to anyone.

CREATINE SUPPLEMENTATION TIPS
Make sure it has the creapure logo tatooed on it. That gurantees quality. Creapure - A process that was developed in Germany for yeilding the highest quality creatine current available.
Make sure you load it ( this will saturate your muscles with creatine ) The loading phaze should consist of 20-25 grams a day spread throughout the day in 4-5 servings for 5 days.
After the loading phaze you should maintain with 5-10g a day.
When maintaining, on workout days consume 5 grams in the morning and 5 grams post-workout. On non-workout days consume 5 grams in the morning.
Drink plenty of water. Take you bodyweight ( lbs ) x 0.66 and that's how much water you should be consuming a day ( ounces ) Remember, this does not include shakes.
Simply spoon it into your mouth and drink it down with some water.

Thats some useful information. Quoted from a few posts down. You should read up on creatine before you start using it.

I use Dynamatize and NOW Foods Creatine Monohydrate. The latter is pretty cheap by the way, about $12 bucks for 600 grams.
does anyone know what the creatine monohydrate that GNC sells is?
Is it just relabeled prolab? I forget.
I've had good success with it, but I only bought it cause I got a huge discount.
