has anyone had any experience with this? I'm going to go have the bloodwork done sometime this week and see what the deal is.. I have almost every side effect that points to it
x- Lethargy
- Increased Abdominal Fat
- Lack of Strength
x- Lack of sexual desire
- Partial or weak erections during intercourse
x- Fatigue
x- Depression
x- Irritability / Moodiness
x- Lack of concentration
Other than the decreased interest in sex, most of the ones you X'd are pretty common among all people.

so everyone is tired 90% of the day (I think the only time I'm not tired is in the gym)? This has been going on for about 3-4 years now and worries me, I'll know soon
If I think hard enough I could probably put an x next to 5 of those. Howeverm, I am not a hypochondriac so I just don't care.
If you really believe something is up then yah check it out and let us know. Hope all is well.

Definately worth checking out, but those are also all side effects of depression, which you say you have also. /forum/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
Good luck with this man!

maybe you are stressed mentally? It might be a good idea to try some relaxtion techinques to see if they help out. I had some similar expirences and as soon as I didnt worry about it it went. Good luck and let us know how you get on.

I used to worry about this as well, as I have some of the symptoms...

- Increased Abdominal Fat
x- Lack of Strength
- Lack of sexual desire
- Partial or weak erections during intercourse
x- Fatigue
x- Depression
x- Irritability / Moodiness
x- Lack of concentration
The main thing that I was/am worried about is my lack of upper-body strength and my moodiness/depression.
But everyone I've talked to says that my lack of upper-body strength is probably because I haven't been seriously lifting weights before I was 16.
This may be true, but those people definetly aren't experts on this stuff, and I still think that I should have more strength at my age.

I think going for bloodwork is a good idea. It might reveal something other than low test. Hopefully, all turns out well.

if its not a physical problem then your going to have to look into the mental....

"naturally low test levels" - presumably you have had a test already? What is it that you are low in?
Those symptoms could indicate depression or at least stress (maybe at home and/or with studies).. but before you get worried, be open to a few simpler possibilities:
* Low in Iron (up your red meat - this worked great for me)
* Poor diet (particularly PWO protocol) - leaving you to not recover properly and feel those above symptoms
* Your age - at this time your body is trying to adapt and grow so your hormones could just be flying a little.. Those symptoms, in extreme cases, could also indicate low-testosterone but this is rare and difficult to both measure and effectively treat
hope this helps

I eat plenty of red meat and get plenty of zinc. Diet is next to perfect, PWO is followed exactly to window of opp. My age? Well this should be the "peak time" for horomones racing, being horny all the time, etc. I need to find a doctor to do this, I will keep this updated
