I go outside and run and throw the football around for 30 minutes, nothing too intese, I would say moderate/light cardio.

How many extra calories would I burn during that time? And is it ok to do a little cardio during a bulk?

The cardio is excellent for you, even on a bulk if used properly. Especially for increasing insulin sensitivity, and staying leaner.

The light to moderate intensity shouldnt detract from your lifts. The higher the intensity, the greater the deficit will be, due to glycogen depletion.

I do this once in a while. I don't tire myself out though. I just eat something extra after.

Ok, but if my calorie goal is 3500, should I add 100-200 calories to make up for the cardio?
