So the beef I have is 230 calories, 22 g protein, 0 carbs, and 16 g fat. I'm wondering what and how much will change if I cook it on the george forman grill. It's 85/15, so how much of that 15% (16g fat) actually drip off when I cook it on the grill?
Anyone know?
thanks

Enjoy your fats, they're good for taste /forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif to be honest I think that George Foreman's grill is good because of the ease of use not the fat dripping quality. Anyways cook it on a barby it'll drip off there too.
