Ok, this time I did it right.
My goal is to reach 3500 calories a day for the first week of my bulk (Jan 2-8), and then evaluate my progress after that.
Here's my schedule with what I currently intend to be eating:
4:30-Pre-workout meal
Shake-730 calories
5:30-Workout
6:30-Post-workout meal
PWO Shake-500 calories
7:15-School
9:40-Snack
Need some suggestions
12:30-Lunch
Need some suggestions
3:50-After-school snack
Chili and Peanuts-650 calories
6:00-Dinner
Chicken-900 calories
8:30-Pre-sleep meal
Shake-730 calories
