Do some good soild press movements to create a huge pump then do some Fascia Stretching at the end, I read it from the "bigger pecs" article on this site and it worked wonders..results were seen within 2 weeks..give it a go, good luck.

I hope so! I think it could be a tough game today though, Chelsea could drop points today at Liverpool so its a good chance to close the gap.

dont forget the good ol' push ups. supper set them with chest and back. youwill get huge separation.

use pushups... hold the top... for as long as you can... then stretch your pecs by lying on a bench...and stretching them with dumbells laying at the bottom portion of a flying motion... for about 30 secs-1 min....

btw.. don't lock your arms at the top of a pressing motion....e.g. pushups.. benchpress... unless your working your triceps

The chest muscles are already separed. The only thing you can do "create" the look of that extra separation is by adding more size to your chest. Concentrate on also traning your upper chest hard. It gives you that "full" and thick look to your pectorals.

The one and two half rep method that is explained in one of those links is very good for adding shape to the inner pecs.
