i've been cuttin for nearly 4 months now and have seen my bf % go do from 22% to 12%. I've lost nearly 15 lbs of overall body mass in the process aswell, used to weigh 185 now I weigh 170..........

would it be beneficial for me to continue my cut or should i go back to bulking? coz the last few weeks of my bulk i felt it was becoming increasingly harder for me to bring my bf %...... given that my diet and training split were intact.....

plus lately i've been gettin that feeling that i'm longer one of the bigger guys y'know........ i feel like a shrimp these days....... but thats just the least of my concerns......

my main concern is whether or not being on a cut for so long has put my body in some sort of a stagnant state where it's gotten used to the nutritive input and training regiment, and is thus, not responding as efficiently to the stimulus as it was before? If that is the case should i start bulkin again? or is it just that losing the last few lbs of fat is always harder?

4 months is a long time to be cutting. You could do a 4-6 week superclean microbulk and that will jumpstart your metabolism. Then switch back to a cut for 4-6 weeks and that will give you enough time to drop more fat.

Congratulations on the bf loss. That is a long time to cut, starting a bulk would be a good idea. What is your goal bf?

You could do a super clean bulk for a while.
