the recomendation under the z-factor article says 1/2 hour to 45 mins. then you eat your prebedtime meal just b4 you go to bed. the goal being to let the ZMA digest by itself, i take it 1/2 hour b4 my prebedtime meal

I have a question about ZMA also. Everyone says eat cottage cheese before bed, yet they say not to eat calcium with the ZMA because Zink and Calcium compete. What do you do?

I use the Cytodyne chewable, so this kind of changes things. It's uptake is subligal, so it is absorbed almost immediately by chewing and dissolving on the tounge.

The site mentioned it as a prohormone, but it's the same as normal ZMA, right?

i dont know about the chewables, but if you go for old fashioned pills, i'd take the ZMA pill 30-45 minutes b4 eating the cottage cheese

Thanks, I'm still not too sure about how to take some of these supplements even though I've been reading articles on them, so I might be asking a lot of questions... lol.. Hopefully no one gets annoyed.
