what an incredible website. <font color="blue"> </font> <font color="blue"> </font>
okay, first of all i know it's not good and somewhat a bad thing to try to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. so i'm not even going to go there...
i am following the 13 week fat loss diet. it seems that my energy somewhat lags/ mental focus is stale when i don't have enough carbs. should i just hang in there and let my body get used to it? or should i increase my carbs? i know if i do this, it might screw up the diet. also, i have flax seed oil capsules. how many should i take a day and with what meals.
another question, after i workout [i workout late before i go to bed] should i eat a meal?
and for me who is just starting out, is it possible to get too much protein at first? should i just ease into this protein-wise?
also, i am doing cardio 4-5 xs a week and working out with weights about the same. i just started this routine about two weeks ago. but it seems like the hardest thing to lose fat. so i do the cardio and do the weights in hopes that i start to lose the fat and start to tone up this body. but i think i'm doing everything right so far...i guess i just need some advice and words of encouragement from someone who has been there and has transformed their body into something they are proud of.
thanks for listening
