I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on this stack, as well as Universal Animal Pak vitamin supplement.

I unfortunently wasted my money on the M-Stack and it did absolutely nothing. I dont know about the regular stack but I think it has prohormones in it, so you should stay away. But I have heard good things about the vitamins, so you might want to give them a shot.

i take an animal Pak every day.. they work wonders as your mutlivitams and they give you a huge boost of energy..
theres even a gram of shark cartiledge in them /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif

What multivitamin supplementation do you suggest, just a potent multi in the morning? Also what would you suggest instead of wasting money on animal pak preworkout? amino's, glutamine, and b-complex? thanks.
