I did legs on friday, and todays monday(back day). But my hams are still abit sore. Would i be overtraining them if i did deadlifts, Even though ive had over 48hrs of rest ?

There is no such thing as over-training, just under-recovery. /forum/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

I noticed in Venom's journal that he works out legs after only 4 days of rest. My leg DOMS usually last for around 5 days and sometimes up to 7 (rare, but they have before).

What's the correct protocal for working out a muscle group again? Is 48 hours rest really enough even if you're feeling soreness?

i thought closer to 4-5 days would be the general rule
