<font color="blue"> This week is all about legs! I call this one, <font color="red">DUAL 100's</font>!
What are DUAL 100's? Only one of the most hardcore shocking techniques known only to those who consistently push their threshold. Those who know no limits. DUAL 100's are the definition of hardcore.
Do you have what it takes? If so, grab your water bottle tight and read on...
First of all, make sure you park in the " Leg Day Parking Only " space, perform a thorough warmup and stretch and also arange for your mommy to pick you up once you're done.
DUAL 100's is a technique I like to use once in a while to shock my quads and hams back into the growth phase! It's actually very simple, it consists of one set of 100-rep squats on the smith machine, and another set of walking lunges for 100-yards!
While performing the smith machine squats choose a weight you feel comfortable performing about 20 reps on. Once you reach failure, rest-pause your way out to 100-reps! Make sure you place you lean back slightly, this will truely target your quads!
Take a 5-minute break before the finale. Then grab your favorite 45 lb barbell, thrown on some weight and perform walking lunges until you hit 100-yards! If you fall down, pick yourself back up and press on. Make sure you don't let your form start to slip during these!
Good luck! </font>
