I just wanted to to pay compliments to the 8 weeks to bigger biceps. My training prtner and I started the routine last week and we are on week 2 and WOW!!!! I had never performed strip sets before and all I can say is "this is not for the weak" I have never had my biceps tore down the way this routine has and would recomend it to everyone.......

Can I post a shock here? It's nothing "new" per say, it's just super-sets with I go / You go, it came to mind when me and my friend were working quads.

Whoever uses the quad machine is in control.
Only the squatter can tap out.

We set up the smith machine (Where we squat) and quad extensions to a weight we're we'd fail at around, 8-10 reps.

Let's assume he's on the quad machine, I'm on the smith machine, now he controls me.

I have to match him rep for rep and work at the same speed, when he gets tired, he can request to switch machines with me, I can't request a machine change, I either tap out, or keep going.

If he requests a change, we trade, now, I control him, I just keep going and going, trying to get him to tap out, once I get tired, we switch again, since I'm on the quads now, I have the right to call it.

It still needs some refinements, as in, when to start lowering weights, but basically, if you're both competetive, it's GREAT, and there's this "thrill" to torturing your partner with endless squats /forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif, only, there's no torture button, there's a quad extension instead:)

For some reason, I don't feel like I explained it well, but I hope you guys enjoy this.
